Wear Jaja ensures that every transaction at our website is hassle-free and consistent. We take great care in delivering the highest quality products at special prices using the best delivery partners. If you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with our customer service department.

  1. In case an incorrect or damaged product has been received, kindly contact us at “orders@wearjaja.com” within 24 Hours of receiving the product(s). Your email should contain details of product(s) along with images of the defects/complaints against the product delivered to you.
  2. In case of any damage, Wear Jaja will provide a store credit note or a product replacement.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets one of the following conditions:

  1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, acknowledged by Wear Jaja.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our customer care department within 24 hours of delivery with the following information.

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects pointed out by our customer, after that our customer service team will contact you for the necessary steps.
The product must be received within 4 days (Domestic) and 7 days (International) from the date of receiving the order. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

We are unable to offer a store credit or product replacement if Wear Jaja has been given an incorrect/ incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Wear Jaja as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you require any clarification regarding your size or fit of the outfit, please write to us at orders@wearjaja.com or call us at +91-9987878636.

If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:

  1. Contact the customer service department. Once the size replacement is approved (subject to size availability) by the Wear Jaja team. You will be required to ship the product(s) back to the said address shared by the customer service department.
  2. The Wear Jaja quality check department must approve that the product is unused/ unworn/ in pristine condition.
  3. After meeting the said requirements (mentioned above), the customer will receive the style in the requested size.

Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special sales or limited period sales.

  • We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you an online store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 7 business days after receiving of products as per Wear Jaja - Terms & Conditions.

  1. Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc..
  2. Custom made and made to order products.
  3. Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by the customer.
  4. Products that are not purchased from the ‘Ready-to-Ship’ category.
  5. Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
